  • There is just something so special about wolves. We should be protecting them at all costs.

  • I helped get the wolves back in Yellowstone. I wrote letters. Made phone calls. They are majestic, beautiful creatures. Apex predators. That are truly needed for a healthy ecosystem. 💜💜💜💜💜 Pisses me off that they are horribly hunted in states like Alaska.

    • Thank you for doing all that. ❤❤ We (and the wolves) need more people like you!

  • divinenergy: you can't re-introduce a animal from a completely different area & pack & genetics & then call it re-introduced. Our wolves that we already had before the Alaskan wolves were brought in were doing just fine then the new wolves ran our wolves off or killed them. Yes, we did have wolves any rancher would tell you. I'd seen them at the edge of our property before the outside wolves were brought in. Unless you live here & know what you're talking about you should just keep your mouth shut !

    • The wolves came from Canada not Alaska.

  • So nice too see these majestic wolves in nature, but saddening that their only protected habitat has been reduced to a small patch of land with highway noise and an endless parade of gawking humans. Here in Oregon, cattle trample the forest with barbwire criss-crossed everywhere and Federal officers take to the air to decimate entire families of wolves, among other animals. It’s not enough we consume all fertile grass land, but we continue to encroach on the habitat of millions of species. If we don’t respect nature, and soon, we will all perish. ✌️

  • "NOW this is the Law of the Jungle - as old and as true as the sky; And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die. As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk the Law runneth forward and back - For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack..."

    MargoMargo5 days ago
    • @Margo I'm sure they do. Someone made observations about wolves activities. What they observed appeared to be the wolves using the birds to help spot prey. The birds get to feed too.

    • @Ka Roberts My dog does it for fun. When I saw the lone wolf chasing birds it reminded me of my dog. Animals of all species play, don't they?

  • Wolves belong in Yellowstone. I remember living in the area when they reintroduced the beautiful wolves back into the wild and a lot of Ranchers and others didn't want them there hunting their animals and livestock on their land. We all have rights! Animals have rights too! May the Wolves always thrive and run free in Yellowstone. 💗

    divineenergydivineenergy5 days ago
    • Yes, they belong. It’s their heritage.
