  • Hay man please please please read my comment because I definitely need an answer to my question HHO generators are not as people claim them to be ( because they require electric power from the alternator+water splitting) tow possesses that are far from efficient But can it be used as octane boost ( hydrogen is around 120 octane equivalent) or well the gas volume produced be insignificant?

  • Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. GM is a very dangerous company, be careful and keep your money safe.!!!👎👎👎👎👎😬👎😬👎👎Share so more people don't get screwed.

  • This is an awesome truck. I would not want to own it when the warrenty is over. So I will never have one as I could never afford one new enough to still have a warrenty. 🤷🏼‍♂️ He said future proof a few times. That's not possible with automotive tech. If nothing else changes they will use a different communication method. The one part I dislike is the frameless side windows. I hate frameless side windows. They are bound to leak water and wind noises

  • when do they stop building cars that nobody needs ? And start building cool pick up trucks, that people can afford ? I do not need 1000 bhp, I need an affordable truck I can replace the headlight bulbs, by myself, without making an appointment with the dealership and have they replace the whole headlight, because it's halogen light ... this pisses me off ... we are becoming more and more pussies, without a f...n clue of physics and tech ... no thanks ! I'd rather drive my old junk, at least I know I can fix it by myself ...

  • This thing is so heavy and it still runs on fossil fuel . Natural gas and coal fired power generation to charge the batteries . The earth was too warm for human life for millions of years until the jungles put all that carbon in the ground in layers of oil coal and gas . If you have a vehicle that burns alcohol from corn , this is 'above ground' energy . the carbon comes from the air and goes back to the air . Even a wood fired steam powered vehicle is carbon neutral . Its not complicated , you don't need fossil fuel and you don't need 1000hp 11,500 lb vehicle that runs on coal fired electricity to show your friends that you failed science in college .

And thank you for the level of engineering details (w/o overdoing it), I eat that stuff up 😁 Also, the last EE class I took was in 1993 (ME, CU Boulder), and I skipped it a lot too. The first exam was early-on, and basic ... I did good and never went back to class, except the next exam which I failed, didn’t do any homework, and right before the final I realized I was totally f’d....crammed and somehow passed...😅. Anyway, thought that was kinda funny. Awesome vid, thanks 👍

  • If the motors are the same why do they need to have different ratios front vs rear? presumably just a mechanical way of limiting the torque sent to the rear so you don't end up with a crazy wheel torque split like 33% front, 67% rear?

  • Are you sure the battery communication is actually wireless? It would make much more sense to have a bms in each module and have the bms's communicate over a common bus (like CAN). It would have all the same benefits you mentioned without the drawbacks from wireless communication, like interference, hackability, and frequency spectrum restrictions per region.

  • Just giving some critical thought to the rear "locker". Wouldn't it make more sense to apply equal torque to both rear wheels instead of forcing the same RPM? Because really, the point of a locker isn't to keep both wheels turning the same speed. That's just a side effect of the locker. The point of the a locker is to equalize torque across the axle. The electric motors could do this very easily without compromising the maneuverability by forcing equal RPMs.

  • Let's be real, hardly anyone off- roads their SUVs. All these exciting capabilities will never be used. People like the looks more than capabilities, for good reason, it is super expensive fixing a $100,000 EV when you damage it.

  • Do you find it a bit odd trying to produce a brand new car, using a brand new technology to match the car-concept from the previous century? I think, Tesla's approach to design an electric car from the very beginning, rather than making an old model to be electric is way more useful.

I will be more interested in it, as long as it's just a model and CGI trailer I don't really see the hype of the car, not to mention it's going to be 2-4 years before it's on the streets, who knows where the competition are at that point. (it's even plugged in on the floor room, because they don't have the batteries for it yet)

Some of them might be a bit gimmicky and may not actually make it into production regardless of the marketing wank, but the ideas are pretty cool. It's not going to be an energy efficient vehicle, but that's a fundamental reality of any truck design.
