  • I am not surprised that these animals have such problems. It seems that their feet are constantly covered in manure, wet and walking around in inches of mush. I think - I may be wrong - it is like teeth. Enough suger and other debris, and the tooth rots. SO the corws foot horn is organic and it certainly can rot.

    • Well.... as a former cobbler I kept shouting at the screen "THAT'S NOT THE WAY YOU DO THAT!" but then, Graeme isn't a cobbler, he's a hoof trimmer and, of course, he was making a point about cows and not wellies. I thought it was a great way to illustrate the problem. Although that is NOT the worst on-the-job attempt to fix footwear I've ever seen. Most importantly, Gracie is getting better which at the end of the day is what we all want to see.
