  • I am not surprised that these animals have such problems. It seems that their feet are constantly covered in manure, wet and walking around in inches of mush. I think - I may be wrong - it is like teeth. Enough suger and other debris, and the tooth rots. SO the corws foot horn is organic and it certainly can rot.

  • You've got Vetwrap, you can reinforce the rubber boots and hold the glue in place with that. Sure you seem to only have pink but it'll be under you're bibs

Keep up the good work Sir

Nigel De CosterNigel De Coster4 days ago
    • because there aren't enough hoof trimmers to go round as it is, without them having to trim and shoe 15000 cows every 6 weeks or so.

    • Well.... as a former cobbler I kept shouting at the screen "THAT'S NOT THE WAY YOU DO THAT!" but then, Graeme isn't a cobbler, he's a hoof trimmer and, of course, he was making a point about cows and not wellies. I thought it was a great way to illustrate the problem. Although that is NOT the worst on-the-job attempt to fix footwear I've ever seen. Most importantly, Gracie is getting better which at the end of the day is what we all want to see.
